Terms

Terms and wellness disclaimer

Draft terms for review — a qualified attorney should confirm the final wording before launch.

In an emergency

If you are experiencing chest pain, difficulty breathing, signs of stroke, a severe allergic reaction, sudden severe pain, uncontrolled bleeding, loss of consciousness, or thoughts of harming yourself, stop and contact your local emergency services or a crisis line immediately. Reflection is never a substitute for emergency care, and this app will always place emergency guidance ahead of any spiritual exercise.

What this service is

General wellness education, personal ritual practice, journaling tools and spiritual reflection. It is not medical, dental, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it does not create a practitioner relationship. Never stop or change a medication or a treatment plan because of anything read here.

No causation claims

Reflection features invite you to consider stress, rest, boundaries, grief, relationships and environment. They do not assert that thoughts or emotions cause physical illness, and metaphysical associations are never presented as established medical fact.

Ingredients and personal-care recipes

Recipes describe personal practice, not treatment. Patch-test new ingredients, check suitability during pregnancy or breastfeeding and alongside medications and skin conditions, and consult a qualified professional when appropriate.

Third-party and copyrighted material

Louise Hay's Heal Your Body is copyrighted. This app does not reproduce, summarize into a database, or provide a searchable copy of that book. Where a companion feature helps you look up a term, you are directed to your own legally purchased copy and may store your own private notes. Licensed third-party text appears only when written permission has been obtained and recorded with its source, edition, page reference and attribution. Every piece of content is labeled as Atira's original work, a member's private note, licensed third-party material, or general wellness education.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details private, use the space respectfully, and do not republish Atira's original content without permission. Community features, when they open, carry their own agreements and moderation. Accounts can be closed by you at any time.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the sanctuary grows. Material changes will be announced inside the app.
